We asked the question:
Why did you choose that response?

I just wanted to feedback how helpful the receptionist team have been. I needed an appointment on my day off and they very kindly sorted one out for me despite the surgery being extremely busy. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and kind. Working in the NHS I understand the pressure everyone is under and think the calm and polite attitude of the reception team is a credit to them and everyone at the surgery. I hope this can be fed back to them.
